Proskilla Student Code of Conduct

Parent Company: Axiva Technologies Ltd

Effective Date: January 2026

At Proskilla, we believe every learner deserves a safe, respectful, and motivating environment to grow. Our Code of Conduct exists to protect that experience — for you and for the entire learning community.

We’re all here with a shared goal: to grow our skills, build meaningful projects, and prepare for global opportunities. That only works when we show up with integrity, respect, and commitment.

What We Expect From Every Student

🤝 Respect Everyone

  • Treat all members of the Proskilla community — including staff, instructors, mentors, and fellow students — with respect and professionalism.
  • Use inclusive, constructive, and thoughtful language in all communications.
  • Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or instigating conflicts will not be tolerated.

Examples of inappropriate conduct include, but are not limited to:

  • Instigating arguments, spreading negativity, or encouraging conflicts between students or staff
  • Being openly unfriendly, dismissive, or uncooperative in group work
  • Disrupting learning sessions, workshops, or live calls
  • Using offensive, threatening, or discriminatory language

🧠 Own Your Learning Journey

  • This is a bootcamp-style program — expect challenges and trust yourself to overcome them.
  • Take initiative, ask for help when needed, and lean into feedback.
  • Complete assignments independently, proactively manage your time, and meet key milestones.

💡 Note: While support is available, much of your growth comes from independent problem solving, troubleshooting, and applying concepts on your own.

🧩 Engage With Integrity

  • Do your own work. Using AI or third-party tools is allowed only when explicitly permitted, but passing off others’ work as your own is prohibited.
  • Be transparent: if you’re stuck, behind, or overwhelmed, communicate with your instructors or learning coach.

📅 Show Up & Stay Involved

  • Actively participate in the learning community, including 1:1 calls, live sessions, and group events (where applicable).
  • Keep your contact information up-to-date so we can support you effectively.
  • Inform your Learning Coach or instructors if something prevents you from staying engaged.

Reporting Concerns

  • Your Learning Coach is your first contact for any questions or concerns.
  • If needed, you may also report serious issues directly through our official reporting link.
  • All reports are handled confidentially, fairly, and promptly.
