1. Welcome to KISSmarketers

Welcome to KISSmarketers! You are now part of a high-performance learning community designed to equip you with the skills to land a job and build a successful career. This program is built on discipline, professionalism, and collaboration. We take these values seriously and expect every student to conduct themselves with integrity and respect. Failure to adhere to this handbook will result in immediate disciplinary action, including removal from the program.

2. Code of Conduct

2.1 General Expectations

As a students of KISSmarketers, you agree to: ✔ Uphold professionalism in all interactions. ✔ Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students. ✔ Engage actively in learning and career-building activities. ✔ Follow ethical practices in coursework and job search activities. ✔ Communicate ONLY through our official Slack channel.

🚨 Failure to meet these expectations may result in a warning, suspension, or removal from the program.

2.2 Zero-Tolerance Policies

🚫 2.2.1 Instigation & Disruption

  • Any form of instigation, incitement, or attempts to create division within the community is strictly prohibited.
  • If you are found encouraging negativity, spreading false information, or undermining the program, your access will be revoked immediately.
  • No second chances.

🚫 2.2.2 Disrespect & Harassment

  • No verbal abuse, personal attacks, threats, or harassment will be tolerated.
  • Any student found engaging in discrimination, hate speech, or offensive behavior will be removed from the program.
  • Respect for all is non-negotiable.

🚫 2.2.3 External Communication & Private Messaging

  • All communication must take place on our dedicated Slack channels.
  • Do NOT message instructors, staff, or students privately on third-party platforms (WhatsApp, personal email, social media, etc.).
  • If you need assistance, post in the relevant Slack channel.
  • Repeated violations will result in removal.

🚫 2.2.4 Academic Integrity & Cheating

  • Plagiarism, dishonesty, or copying others’ work will result in immediate suspension.
  • Sharing course materials, assignments, or paid content with outsiders is a direct violation of our policies and will lead to expulsion.

🚫 2.2.5 Job Search Ethics

  • Misrepresenting your skills, work, or experience when applying for jobs is strictly prohibited.
  • Students found using deceptive practices during job applications will be banned from KISSmarketers career support.

🚫 2.2.6 Unauthorized Promotion & Spam

  • Promoting personal services, products, or external programs within Slack is not allowed.
  • Spamming, unsolicited messaging, or attempting to sell anything to fellow students will result in immediate removal.

3. Disciplinary Actions

KISSmarketers enforces a strict disciplinary process for violations of this handbook.

3.1 Three-Step Disciplinary System

1️⃣ First Violation: Official warning and private discussion. 2️⃣ Second Violation: Temporary suspension (1-2 weeks) from the program. 3️⃣ Third Violation: Permanent removal from KISSmarketers. No refunds. No exceptions.

🚨 Immediate Removal: For severe offenses such as instigation, harassment, plagiarism, external solicitation, or unethical job search practices, removal may be immediate without prior warning.

4. Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience any violations of this handbook, please report them privately to the KISSmarketers admin team through Slack.
